November 2007.
A 2 bed mid-terraced house with a bedroom located at the front of the property and a spare room at the rear.
Downstairs consisted of a lounge a kitchen and a bathroom was located downstairs at the back of the property and accessed via the kitchen.
The garden was accessed through the kitchen and backs onto an alley which runs along the back of the gardens.
It has not yet been confirmed if the alley could be accessed directly from Claudia's garden into this alley. However there was access from Claudia's to the alley that runs between number 52 and the Nags Head pub by passing through her neighbours gardens (48 & 50).
